The form

A few lines is enough.

What’s the problem, and what have you already tried? Qualification happens on the call, not in the form.

A few lines is enough. What’s the problem, and what have you already tried?

Received. We’ll reply within one business day — usually the same day.

What happens next

Three steps, no presentation.

01

We read it properly

A person, not an autoresponder. Within one business day.

02

A short call

Twenty to thirty minutes to understand the problem. No presentation.

03

A written scope

If it’s a fit, you get a specification: what we’d build, what it costs, how long. If it isn’t a fit, we’ll say that instead — and point you somewhere better where we can.

Questions

Asked often.

01Do you build custom ERP systems?

Yes. We design ERP platforms around specific business workflows, requirements and operational needs — with accounting built in and invoices ready for UAE e-invoicing. We run our own, ProCraftERP, in production.

02Can you build an e-commerce website from scratch?

Yes. We design and develop custom e-commerce experiences based on the business model, products and required integrations.

03Do you provide both design and development?

Yes. ProCraft handles strategy, UX/UI design and development as one project — not a relay between vendors.

04Do you develop mobile applications?

Yes. iOS, Android and cross-platform — for business operations and customer-facing use.

05Do you provide branding separately?

Yes. Branding can be an independent project or part of a larger build.

06Do you manage social media after branding?

Yes. Social media management extends the brand into an ongoing content and communication strategy.

07Can we start small?

Usually the better approach. One system, one problem, one measurable outcome — then decide whether to continue.
